The Human-Like Pigmentation Of This Gorilla Amazed People

Anaka is a cute and unique gorilla with a particular colour on her hand. She just had her 6th birthday at Zoo Atlanta, and pictures of her went viral because people thought she was attractive. Her hands were very much like those of a person.

Many of you may have concluded that Anaka has vitiligo. Well, that's not it at all. The zoo says that this strange spot of colour is a cool birthmark that hasn't changed over time.

Anaka is the 22nd gorilla to be born in The Ford African Rainforest. She is a very active little gorilla girl. She would often be seen riding on the backs of her siblings.
