A Russian couple named Svetlana and Yuriy Pantaleenko took in a 300-pound bear named Stephan when he was only three years old. He was an orphaned bear cub left alone in terrible shape until the couple decided to adopt him out of love and care. After more than 25 years, he is now 7 feet tall and still lives with Svetlana and Yuriy.
Stephan has become a very helpful and fun-loving bear growing up. He likes to watch TV and help people by watering the plants in the garden.
"He loves people and is a friendly bear. Despite what people might think, he is not aggressive," said Mrs Pantaleenko. Stephan has never bitten us." This was what she thought of the cute bear that they had been taking care of for 23 years. Stephan likes a bowl of porridge and condensed milk, just like the three little bears in the story.
He liked sweets but also ate about 25 kg of fish, eggs, and vegetables daily to get the protein he needed. Just as much as he likes to watch TV, he also acts and poses for photoshoots to pass the time. He also wants to keep his body and health in good shape by playing football.
Such things don't happen very often, and this is a lovely story about a couple who lived with and cared for a bear-like son.
